Divorce & Marital Mediation
A key feature of State and Main Mediation's marital and divorce services is our ability to facilitate a process that allows parties to make their own decisions. Participants reach fair and amicable agreements based on the specifics of their own situation. Rather than assigning blame, we help our clients engage in a process that searches for solutions. This mediation process is safe, respectful and productive, and completely confidential. Our process can save thousands of dollars in legal fees when compared with attorney-negotiated settlements or protracted courtroom disputes.
Our family mediation services provide a confidential process for resolving disputes or disagreements that may arise around issues such as custody of children, child support, parental visitation, spousal support, etc. This process provides parents with opportunities to make their own decisions and build their own solutions to best meet their children’s needs.
